Summer holidays are getting closer and so the time to be worried about UV lights comes across again. From the moment you park your car and head onto the plane you must have protection in mind. Sun related deaths are at an all time high and the only way to stop this is by taking the necessary precautions.

A few tips I shall give can be useful for the whole family. Firstly even before you get off the plane and head for the airport, make sure that you have but a broad amount of sun lotion on, it should be at least factor 15. You should also apply the lotion every 2 hours to make sure that you have full protection. Although this third tip may be quite hard to do in the heat it is the safest way to stop sunburn, so always try to wear a long sleeved top and long pants when possible.

A few more tips that should be taken into account are to look on the ground if you cannot see your shadow then quickly get to a shade as you are likely to get sun burnt. Finally always keep the children topped up with lotion and wear shades and stay away from reflective objects to protect your eyes from harmful UV lights.
